“En Residència” exhibition at Fabra i Coats, Barcelona

In a new section of our news, Art Motile will be reporting on some of the variety of events residency programmes are offering, from exhibitions and presentations to workshops and open studios. Fabra i Coats art factory is housing an exhibition of works made by eleven artists participating in “En Residència als instituts”, an art and education project initiated in 2010 to make contemporary art more accessible to secondary school students in Barcelona.

Art Motile at JustMad art fair in Madrid

Art Motile has been invited by FelipaManuela to participate in their programme for the JustMad art fair in Madrid. Art Motile will present a talk exploring Spanish residency programmes in relation to artistic production. Read more here.
