Addaya and BAR Project added to Art Motile's AIR Database.

Addaya Contemporary Art Centre focuses on the promotion and dissemination of the latest in contemporary art, presenting exhibitions by established and emerging artists. Their artist in residence programme welcomes national and international artists with the aim of supporting the creation and development of proposals while offering adequate space for experimentation. BAR Project is an independent and mobile non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting artistic exchange through local, national and international residencies and collaborations, and by developing a public programme based on curatorial and research projects. The project's name derives from one of the quintessential social gathering places in Barcelona cultural life, the bar, a space the project aims to re-contextualise. Read more about BAR Project here.

AIR ARRAY: Meeting of AIR Programmes and Mobility Workshop for Artists

Art Motile and Matadero Madrid present AIR ARRAY, a three-day event focused on artist in residence programmes and artist mobility. The event consists of two main activities: a two-day meeting for AIR programmes and a half-day mobility workshop for artists. The event will take place on the 9th, 10th and 11th of March 2015 at Matadero Madrid and Casa de Velázquez - Académie de France à Madrid.
